The secret to great-tasting Eggplant Parmagiana is in the selection of the actual eggplant. We select our eggplant to be sure it has no to very little seeds. We then drain it for several hours to remove the brine which gives the eggplant a sweeter flavor. Eggplant is then sautéed with Italian breadcrumbs topped with our Signature Marinara Sauce and sprinkled with a blend of 4 Italian cheeses. If you've been a "hater" of eggplant, this dish will make you a convert for sure!
Remove cover. Pre heat oven to 375. Place foil container in oven for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese has melted thoroughly.
